Responsible Play
If you choose to play, the goal is control—never chasing outcomes.
Practical rules that work
- Set a time limit before you start. Stop when the timer ends—win or lose.
- Never play to “recover” or “fix” a feeling. Use a different coping tool.
- Take breaks. Fatigue increases impulsivity.
- Talk to someone if you are hiding behavior or feeling out of control.
If your play feels compulsive, consider using self-control tools or self-exclusion. This platform is educational and does not replace professional help.
